India has many unique habitats which are home to more than 300 species of frogs and toads. Most of them are endemic to the country. Here’s a compilation of nearly 50 species of terrestrial and aquatic frogs and toads that I have photographed over the years.
The bush and tree dwelling frogs are my favourite! Presenting a compilation of almost 40 species found in India. These colourful and curious creatures are threatened by widespread destruction and fragmentation of habitats that are crucial for their survival.
